Investigating - We are aware of an upstream carrier issue with one of our primary voice carriage providers. Currently, this is impacting inbound calls to landline numbers, resulting in a "your call cannot be connected" message from some endpoints. At this stage, we believe there is no impact to outbound calls. This issue is currently being investigated and we will provide an update as soon as available.
