Optus have advised they have a nationwide outage affecting their network. Mobile 4G, 5G, and fixed line internet products from Optus are all affected.
We utilise Optus as one of our Wholesale telecommunication providers for some mobile voice and data customers and some failover internet services.
We do not currently use Optus for critical communication services or primary data links and we remain largely unaffected by the outage directly, however, customers using wholesale products will be unable to use their service at this time.
We will continue to provide updates as they are provided to us by our upstream carrier.
